Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return.
For defective, incorrect, or eligible damaged items, return shipping may be covered by MCHOSE after confirmation.
For approved returns not caused by product defects or MCHOSE errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the package has already shipped and the customer no longer wants the product, the customer must return it at their own cost after receiving it.
No refunds or replacements will be provided if the product is damaged, lost, or destroyed during return shipping.
