Can I get a replacement?

A replacement may be provided if the product has a confirmed quality issue, incorrect item, missing item, or eligible shipping damage. Within 90 days of delivery, MCHOSE will cover the approved shipping cost for confirmed quality-related returns or exchanges. After 90 days, warranty service will be handled according to the Warranty Policy, and customers are responsible for related shipping costs.
