Please check your package and product condition as soon as you receive your order. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video.
If you receive a defective product, damaged item, incorrect item, or your order is missing an item or accessory, please contact support@mchose.store as soon as possible.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Issue description
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
- Photos of all items received
- Photos of the package, shipping label, and packing materials
- Unboxing video, if available
- Product serial number, if the issue is related to product quality
If the provided evidence is insufficient, we may request additional information.
Once the issue is confirmed, we may arrange troubleshooting, replacement, partial refund, or full refund if applicable. MCHOSE reserves the right to determine whether the original product needs to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.
