Please contact support@mchose.store before returning any product. Do not send the product back without prior approval.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Order number
- Issue description
- Photos or videos showing the issue or product condition
- Proof of purchase, if requested
- Serial number, if the issue is related to product quality
- Unboxing video, especially for damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Once your request is approved, we will provide the return process and return address. The product must be returned within the required time frame with a valid tracking number.
