What conditions must the product meet for a return?

To be eligible for return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
• Product is unused
• Product is in original packaging
• All accessories, documents, and included items are returned
• Receipt or proof of purchase is provided if requested
• Photos or videos showing the product condition are provided if requested

The packaging should have an intact plastic seal. Before opening the package, please verify that the product label matches the version you purchased. If the plastic seal is broken, the product may be considered used.
