- Product has been opened, used, damaged, or is missing packaging/accessories
- Customized or promotional products
- Returns due to personal preference, such as acoustics, aesthetics, typing feel, color, or layout preference
- Change of mind
- Delivery time issues, such as delays or expected vs. actual delivery dates
- Shipping failures caused by incorrect address, refused packages, customs issues, or failure to sign for the package
- Product is damaged, lost, or destroyed during return shipping
- Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval
