Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact support@mchose.store as soon as possible with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Please note that we can only process cancellation requests on business days. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If your order has already shipped and you no longer want to keep the product, you may request a return after receiving it. The return must be approved first, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by a confirmed product defect or MCHOSE error.
