Can I get a refund if my order has already shipped?

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled directly. If you do not want to keep the product, you may request a return after receiving it.

Please keep the product unused and retain the original packaging, accessories, documents, and all included items. Refunds can only be processed after the returned product is received by our warehouse and inspected. If the product is used, damaged, missing original packaging or accessories, or does not meet our return requirements, a partial refund or return refusal may apply.
