K7 Ultra Firmware Update Button Not Working

Why can’t I click the update button for K7 Ultra?

For K7 Ultra, the firmware update must be completed in the correct order. You need to update the 1K Nano receiver first, then connect both the mouse and the 8K accelerator / charging dock at the same time using two data cables before continuing the remaining firmware update.

How do I update the K7 Ultra firmware?

Please follow these steps:

1. Update the 1K Nano receiver first.
   Insert the 1K Nano receiver directly into your computer’s USB port, then update the firmware using this link:

2. Unplug the 1K Nano receiver after the update is complete.
3. Connect both the mouse and the 8K accelerator / charging dock.
   Use two data cables to connect the mouse and the 8K accelerator / charging dock to your computer at the same time.
4. Continue the remaining firmware update.
   Complete the update through M HUB or the following link:

Important Notes

• Please update the firmware in the order listed above.
• The mouse and 8K accelerator / charging dock must be connected at the same time during the remaining firmware update.
• If you only have one original cable, you can use another USB-C cable as long as it supports data transmission.

• After the update is complete, reconnect the device and test whether 2.4G mode works normally.
