1. Update the mouse firmware first:

What should I do after updating all firmware?

After updating all firmware, please manually re-pair the mouse and receiver.

1. Unplug the receiver.
2. Switch the mode switch on the bottom of the mouse to 2.4G.
3. Press and hold the left mouse button + middle button / scroll wheel + right mouse button for about 3–5 seconds.
4. Wait until the mouse indicator light flashes quickly.
5. Reinsert the receiver.
6. Keep the receiver and mouse within 20 cm of each other during pairing.
