How to change English voice on V9 Turbo/Turbo+?

You can change the English voice by updating the headset firmware.

Please follow these steps:

1. Open the firmware upgrade page:
   https://cdn.mchose.com.cn/OTA/PC/prod/index.html#/?foreign=1
2. Select the corresponding headset model:
   V9 Turbo or V9 Turbo+
3. Connect your headset and update the firmware in the correct order.

Important Notes

Before updating, please make sure:

• The headset is in 2.4G connection mode.
• The receiver is plugged directly into your computer’s USB port.
• Do not plug the receiver into the charging dock during the update, as this may prevent the firmware upgrade from working properly.

After the firmware update is complete, reconnect the headset and check whether the English voice has been updated successfully.
