How do I update the firmware?

Please follow these steps:

1. Open the firmware upgrade page:
   https://cdn.mchose.com.cn/OTA/PC/prod/index.html#/?foreign=1
2. Select V9 Turbo.
3. Connect the device in 2.4G mode.
4. After connecting successfully, update the firmware in this order:
   • Headset firmware: V1002
   • Receiver firmware: V0017

Important Notes

• The headset must be connected in 2.4G mode during the update.
• The receiver should be plugged directly into the computer’s USB port.
• Please update the headset firmware and receiver firmware in the correct order.
• After the update is complete, reconnect the headset to your PS5 and test the volume adjustment again.
