My Headset Voice, Volume, or Firmware Isn’t Working

Some headset issues can be fixed by updating firmware, including:

• V9 Turbo volume adjustment issue on PS5

General update steps:

1. Open the firmware upgrade page.
2. Select the correct headset model, such as V9 Turbo or V9 Turbo+.
3. Connect the headset in 2.4G mode.
4. Plug the receiver directly into the computer’s USB port.
5. Update the headset firmware and receiver firmware in the correct order.

Important notes:

• The headset must be in 2.4G connection mode.
• The receiver must be plugged directly into the computer’s USB port.
• Plugging the receiver into the dock may prevent the upgrade from working properly.

Voice prompt note:
The voice prompt when muting or unmuting the microphone is currently designed to confirm microphone status and cannot be turned off.
