General update steps:
- Open the firmware upgrade page.
- Select the correct headset model, such as V9 Turbo or V9 Turbo+.
- Connect the headset in 2.4G mode.
- Plug the receiver directly into the computer’s USB port.
- Update the headset firmware and receiver firmware in the correct order.
Important notes:
- The headset must be in 2.4G connection mode.
- The receiver must be plugged directly into the computer’s USB port.
- Plugging the receiver into the dock may prevent the upgrade from working properly.
Voice prompt note:
The voice prompt when muting or unmuting the microphone is currently designed to confirm microphone status and cannot be turned off.
