1. Intermittent Inputs / Missed Keystrokes
Possible causes:
- Unstable cable connection
- Trigger settings too sensitive
- Incorrect key calibration
Try these steps:
- Reconnect the cable or try another USB port
- Adjust the trigger settings:
- Set trigger distance above 1.0 mm
- Set release sensitivity above 0.1 mm
- Recalibrate the keys in MCHOSE HUB
- During calibration, press the keys straight down with normal force
2. Keys Trigger Automatically or Double Type
Possible causes:
- Outdated firmware
- Faulty switch
- Magnetic interference
Try these steps:
- Update the keyboard firmware to the latest version
- Replace the switch using the spare switch included in the package
- Remove nearby magnetic or metal objects that may interfere with the keyboard
3. Connection Issues
Try these steps:
- Replace the Type-C cable
- A phone charging cable can also be used temporarily for testing
- If the cable is defective and within the 180-day warranty period, you may contact support for a replacement cable
4. Calibration Failed
Try these steps:
- Restore factory settings in MCHOSE HUB
- Recalibrate the keyboard again
- Make sure the keys are pressed vertically with consistent force during calibration
