1. Keys Not Responding

- Keyboard lag
Try these steps:
- Test the keys using the keyboard tester
Keyboard Tester - Hold Fn + Esc to reset the keyboard
- Replace the switch with the spare switch included in the box
- Check battery level or test in wired mode
2. Keys Randomly Disconnect or Miss Inputs
Possible causes:
- System recognition issue
- Faulty switch
- USB cable problem
Try these steps:
- Restore factory settings in MCHOSE HUB → Other Settings
- Update to the latest firmware
- Try another USB port or cable
- Avoid using USB hubs or adapters
3. Keys Double Click or Trigger Automatically
Possible causes:
- Outdated firmware
- Uncalibrated switches
- Faulty cable
Try these steps:
- Update the firmware
- Recalibrate the keys in MCHOSE HUB → Trigger Settings
- Replace the switch or USB cable
- Older gold-plated cables may need replacement
4. Win Key or Shortcuts Not Working
Possible causes:
- Mac mode enabled
- Win key locked
- System conflict
Try these steps:
- Press Fn + O to switch back to Windows mode
- Press Fn + Win to unlock the Win key
- Restart the PC or reset the keyboard
5. Keys Feel Stuck or Do Not Bounce Back
Possible causes:
- Dust or debris inside the switch
- Dry stabilizers
Try these steps:
- Clean the keycaps and switches
- Lubricate the stabilizers
- Replace the switch with a spare one
