Before Updating
- Use the original USB cable
- Keep the mouse charged or connect your laptop to power
- Do not disconnect the mouse during the update
Standard Firmware Update Steps
Step 1 — Update the Receiver Firmware
- Disconnect the USB cable from the mouse
- Switch the mouse to 2.4G receiver mode
- Open MCHOSE HUB
- Go to Other Settings
- Click the second firmware update option
- Update the receiver firmware
Step 2 — Update the Mouse Firmware
- Connect the mouse with the USB cable
- Reopen the firmware update page
- Update the mouse firmware
Important:
Both the receiver firmware and mouse firmware must be updated together. Updating only one may cause connection or performance issues.
A7X Firmware Update Notice
For the A7X mouse:
- The 1K Nano Receiver
- The 8K Dongle
- The Mouse
must all be connected and updated together.
If Firmware Update Gets Stuck at 0%
Please check:
- You are using the original cable
- The mouse is connected in wired mode
- Try another USB port
Re-Pair the Mouse After Updating
If the mouse cannot connect after the update:
- Hold the Left + Middle + Right buttons together for about 3 seconds until the indicator flashes quickly
- Plug the receiver into the PC
- Keep the mouse within 20 cm of the receiver
- The light will turn off after successful pairing
