If your mouse cannot connect in 2.4G mode or only works via wired connection, the issue is often related to firmware update order or receiver pairing.
Please try the following:
- Make sure both the mouse and receiver firmware are updated.
- If you are using L7, K7 Ultra, or A7X Ultra, update both the mouse and receiver using two data cables when required.
- After updating firmware, manually re-pair the mouse and receiver.
Re-pairing steps:
- Unplug the receiver.
- Switch the mouse to 2.4G mode.
- Press and hold the left button + middle button / scroll wheel + right button for about 3–5 seconds.
- Wait until the mouse indicator light flashes quickly.
- Reinsert the receiver.
- Keep the receiver within 20 cm of the mouse during pairing.
