My Mouse Can’t Connect in 2.4G Mode

If your mouse cannot connect in 2.4G mode or only works via wired connection, the issue is often related to firmware update order or receiver pairing.

Please try the following:

1. Make sure both the mouse and receiver firmware are updated.
2. If you are using L7, K7 Ultra, or A7X Ultra, update both the mouse and receiver using two data cables when required.
3. After updating firmware, manually re-pair the mouse and receiver.

Re-pairing steps:

1. Unplug the receiver.
2. Switch the mouse to 2.4G mode.
3. Press and hold the left button + middle button / scroll wheel + right button for about 3–5 seconds.
4. Wait until the mouse indicator light flashes quickly.
5. Reinsert the receiver.
6. Keep the receiver within 20 cm of the mouse during pairing.
