Firmware Update Failed or Is Stuck at 0%

If the firmware update for L7 Ultra or K7 Ultra is stuck at 0%, it is usually caused by using the wrong update method.

For these models, firmware updates require connecting both the mouse and receiver at the same time using two data cables. Please connect both devices, restart the driver, and try the update again.

Any USB-C cable that supports data transmission can be used. If you only have one original cable, you may try using a USB-C data cable from a phone or another device.
