This issue is usually caused by an incorrect firmware update process or incomplete firmware update between the mouse and receiver.
If you are using L7, K7 Ultra, A7X Ultra, A5 Ultra, A5 V2 Ultra, or G3 Ultra, please make sure both the mouse and receiver firmware are updated correctly.
For some models, you must connect the mouse and receiver at the same time using two data cables during the firmware update. If only the mouse or only the receiver is updated, 2.4G mode may fail.
After updating firmware, please re-pair the mouse:
- Unplug the receiver
- Switch the mouse to 2.4G mode
- Press and hold the left button + middle button / scroll wheel + right button for about 3–5 seconds
- Wait until the indicator light flashes quickly
- Reinsert the receiver
- Keep the receiver within 20 cm of the mouse during pairing
