If your MCHOSE keyboard, mouse, or headset is not working properly, please try the following basic troubleshooting steps first:
- Check the connection
Make sure the receiver or data cable is properly connected to your computer. Try another USB port, or use an extension adapter/cable to keep the receiver closer to the device and reduce interference. - Update the firmware
Open the MCHOSE driver and check whether the firmware for your keyboard/mouse and receiver is up to date. If a newer version is available, please update both the device and receiver firmware. - Restore factory settings
In the driver, go to Other Settings and restore the device to factory settings. After resetting, reconnect or re-pair the device. - Try another connection mode
For wireless devices, test whether the issue also occurs in wired mode, 2.4G mode, or Bluetooth mode. This helps identify whether the issue is related to wireless connection or the device itself. - Check for wireless interference
Keep the receiver away from routers, metal objects, USB hubs, and other 2.4G wireless devices. If possible, switch your router to the 5G band or move the receiver closer to the device. - Test the keys or buttons
Use the MCHOSE key/mouse test tool to check whether the keys or buttons respond correctly:
https://www.mchose.com.cn/#/test-keyboard - Test on another computer
Connect the device to another computer to check whether the issue is caused by the original computer system, USB port, browser, or driver environment.
If the issue continues after trying the steps above, please contact MCHOSE customer support with your order number, product model, and a photo or video showing the problem.
