This guide explains how to connect your MCHOSE Ace 68 or Ace 68 Air keyboard to M HUB, configure keyboard settings, customize magnetic switch features, manage onboard profiles, update firmware, personalize RGB lighting, and use the built-in key testing tool.
What Is M HUB?
M HUB is the official MCHOSE driver platform for supported keyboards and mice. For the Ace 68 / Ace 68 Air magnetic switch keyboard, you can use M HUB to configure trigger settings, remap keys, set advanced key functions, adjust keyboard performance, change lighting effects, update firmware, and restore factory settings.

Restore factory settings
Important: For the most stable connection, connect the keyboard directly to your computer's USB port. Avoid using USB hubs, docking stations, expansion docks, or extension adapters whenever possible.
Connect Using the M HUB Web Driver
- Connect the keyboard to your computer using the USB cable.
- Open the M HUB Web Driver.
- Click Allow Browser Access.
- In the pop-up window, select the keyboard you want to connect.
- Click Connect to open the keyboard configuration page.
Key Status Notifications
M HUB supports key status notifications for Caps Lock, Num Lock, and Scroll Lock.
How to Enable Key Status Notifications
- Open the M HUB PC client driver.
- Go to the settings page.
- Enable Key Switch Notification.
After this feature is enabled, switching Caps Lock, Num Lock, or Scroll Lock on or off will display a pop-up notification.
Key Testing Tool
M HUB includes a key testing tool that allows you to verify whether each key is functioning correctly.
This tool can help diagnose unresponsive keys or confirm that the keyboard is working correctly after a firmware update or configuration change.
How to Use the Key Testing Tool
- Open your keyboard's settings page in M HUB.
- Click Go to Test.
- M HUB will redirect you to the web-based key testing page.

Press each key and confirm that the corresponding key responds on the testing page.
Onboard Configuration
What Is Onboard Configuration?
Onboard configuration allows you to save personalized settings directly to the keyboard's onboard memory.
Supported settings may include macros, key mappings, lighting effects, actuation distance, Rapid Trigger parameters, and other compatible functions.
Benefits of Onboard Configuration
- Plug-and-play: Once your settings are saved to onboard memory, you can connect the keyboard to another computer and continue using those settings without configuring them again.
- Works without M HUB: Settings written to onboard memory remain available even when M HUB is not open or installed on the connected computer.
Firmware Requirements
We recommend updating your keyboard firmware to the latest version before using onboard configuration features to ensure full compatibility.
Multi-profile onboard configuration is supported on all MCHOSE magnetic switch keyboards except the Zero75 and Zero75S.
It is also available on selected MCHOSE mechanical keyboards, including the K87S, G87 V2, and G75 V2.
Onboard Configuration vs. Inactive Configuration
Onboard Configuration
Onboard configurations are stored directly on the keyboard and remain available when you switch computers or browsers.
How to Switch Onboard Configurations
- Go to the key remapping page in M HUB.
- Assign the Switch Onboard function to your preferred key.
- Select Apply to All Onboard Devices.

Press the assigned Switch Onboard key to switch between onboard configurations without opening M HUB.
Inactive Configuration
Inactive configurations are used as parameter presets only. They are not automatically synchronized to other browsers or computers.
To use an inactive configuration on the keyboard, move it to Onboard Configuration so it can be loaded onto the device.
Create, Export, and Import Configurations
Create a Configuration
- Click the Create button.
- Configure the keyboard settings you want to include in the new profile.
M HUB also includes official preset profiles named Beginner, FPS, and Extreme. These profiles can be selected and used directly.
Export a Configuration
- Hover your mouse over the ... menu.
- Select Export.

The configuration will be exported as a JSON file.
Import a Configuration
- Select a JSON file for the same keyboard model.
- Import the file into M HUB.
Configuration Codes
How to Generate a Configuration Code
- Hover your mouse over the ... menu.

Select Generate Configuration Code.
How to Import a Configuration Code
- Click the Import button.
- Select Import Configuration Code.
- Paste the configuration code into the text box.
- Select the storage location.

Click OK.
M HUB Interface Changes
- The original Dead Zone Settings title has been changed to Advanced Settings.
- The original Rampage Mode section on the Performance Settings page has been moved.
- Berserk Mode is now located where Dead Zone Settings was previously located.
- The entry point for Dead Zone Settings is now located at the top of the page.
- A sensitivity input box has been added, allowing users to enter values manually.
- A Restore Defaults button has been added.

The original Set Global button has been removed.
Other Notes
- Onboard functions on ZERO75X cannot be switched within the driver software. They can only be switched using the physical buttons on the keyboard.
- Onboard functions cannot be deleted. They can only be replaced.
Lighting Settings
You can change lighting effects, lighting modes, colors, speed, and brightness in the lighting settings page.
To turn off the keyboard lighting, click the switch next to Lighting Effects. You can also press Fn + T to turn the backlight on or off.
RGB Color Reference
Hex refers to hexadecimal color code. RGB refers to standard RGB color values.
The following commonly used colors are for reference only. Actual lighting may vary slightly due to light refraction, switch structure, keyboard housing, and backlight diffusion.
