Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order, including street number, building number, room or apartment number, postal code, phone number, and recipient name. If the address is incorrect or incomplete and the package is lost, the customer will be responsible, and MCHOSE will not provide a refund or exchange.
If you need to modify your order or shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once the order has been processed. Once the package has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted, and any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to add special delivery instructions to the waybill. For specific delivery requests, please contact your local courier once the package reaches the last-mile delivery stage.
We do not support shipping a single order to multiple addresses. If you would like items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders.
