Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking information. You can use the tracking number in the email to check your package status.
Please note that tracking information is usually provided within 1–2 business days after shipment. If the tracking has not updated yet, the package may still be waiting for carrier scanning or system synchronization.
Tracking updates may also be delayed when the package is moving between facilities or going through customs. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update. If there is no update for an unusually long period, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in checking with the carrier.
