Delivery may fail in the following situations:
- The address or phone number is incorrect or incomplete
- The carrier is unable to contact the recipient
- The recipient refuses to accept the package
- The recipient selects “no signature required,” resulting in loss or damage
- The recipient refuses to pay local taxes or fees
- The recipient fails to provide required customs documents
- Customs clearance fails due to a mismatch between the recipient’s name and tax ID
- The recipient does not respond promptly to address-related inquiries
Any related costs, such as return shipping or re-delivery fees, will be the responsibility of the customer.
