Please first check around your delivery location, mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, neighbors, or family members. If you still cannot find the package, please contact the local carrier as soon as possible.
If tracking shows “Delivered” and no issue is reported within 30 days, MCHOSE may not be able to investigate or provide a refund. Once the carrier marks the package as “Delivered,” MCHOSE is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, but we may assist with contacting the carrier or filing a claim when applicable.
