What is M HUB
MCHOSE M HUB is an all-in-one device management software developed by MCHOSE. It allows users to configure keyboards, mice, and audio devices through a unified platform.
With M HUB, you can manage:
- Key remapping
- DPI and performance settings
- RGB lighting effects
- Macros
- Polling rate settings
- Onboard profiles and device memory
M HUB is available in two versions:
- M HUB Web Version (No Installation Required)
- M HUB Desktop Version (Download Required)
Supported Platforms
- Windows 10 and above (Client version)
- macOS / Windows (Web version via Chrome, Edge, Opera)
Important:
- Web and client support the same device ecosystem
- Do not run both at the same time to avoid conflicts
- Audio devices only work on client version

How to Download M HUB
You can download M HUB directly from the official MCHOSE website:
Web version works without installation, while the client offers full device support including audio devices.
Installation Guide (Client Version)
- Download the ZIP file from the official site
- Extract the ZIP file
- Run the EXE installer
- Follow on-screen instructions to complete installation
After installation, launch M HUB and connect your device.
Device Connection Guide
To ensure proper detection:
- Use the original USB-C cable
- Connect directly to the PC USB port
- Avoid USB hubs or extension cables
If device is not detected:
- Replug the cable
- Switch USB ports (prefer rear motherboard ports)
- Restart M HUB software
- Disconnect other conflicting devices
