Mouse Is Not Detected
If your mouse does not respond after connecting, try the following steps:
- Make sure the mouse is powered on.
- Check the battery level and recharge the mouse if necessary.
- Reconnect the USB cable or the 2.4GHz receiver.
- Try a different USB port.
- Restart your computer.
- Test the mouse in USB Wired Mode.
Wireless Connection Is Unstable
If the cursor lags, disconnects, or becomes unstable while using 2.4GHz Wireless Mode, try the following:
- Move the 2.4GHz receiver closer to the mouse.
- Use the included receiver extension adapter whenever possible.
- Keep the receiver away from large metal objects.
- Reduce interference from nearby wireless devices.
- Recharge the mouse if the battery is low.
Cannot Switch Connection Modes
The A5 V3 supports three connection modes:
- USB Wired Mode
- 2.4GHz Wireless Mode
- BT Mode
Only one connection mode can be active at a time. Switching to another mode automatically disconnects the previous connection.
If you cannot switch modes:
- Turn the mouse off and back on.
- Select the desired connection mode.
- Reconnect the receiver or pair the mouse via BT Mode again if necessary.
MCHOSE HUB Cannot Detect the Mouse
If the mouse works normally but cannot be detected by MCHOSE HUB:
- Connect the mouse using USB Wired Mode or 2.4GHz Wireless Mode.
- Do not use BT Mode while configuring the mouse.
- Restart MCHOSE HUB.
- Reconnect the mouse.
- Update to the latest version of MCHOSE HUB.
Can I Connect Multiple Devices?
Yes. The A5 V3 allows you to switch between different devices by using different connection modes.
| Device | Recommended Connection Mode |
|---|---|
| Gaming PC | 2.4GHz Wireless Mode |
| Laptop | BT Mode |
| Driver Configuration / Firmware Update | USB Wired Mode |
