1. MCHOSE HUB Issues
MCHOSE HUB Cannot Detect the Mouse
- Connect the mouse in USB Wired Mode.
- Confirm that the cable supports both charging and data transmission.
- Try another computer USB port.
- Reconnect the mouse and restart MCHOSE HUB.
- Install the latest official MCHOSE HUB version.
- Restart the computer if the issue continues.
Note: BT Mode does not support all advanced MCHOSE HUB features.
The Web Version Cannot Detect the Mouse
- Use a supported browser.
- Allow access to compatible HID devices when prompted.
- Select the correct G3V2 device.
- Reconnect the mouse in USB Wired or supported 2.4GHz Wireless Mode.
Browser permission names and menu locations may vary by browser version.
Settings or Button Assignments Do Not Work
- Confirm that the correct device and profile are selected.
- Apply and save the settings again.
- Reconnect the mouse.
- Restart MCHOSE HUB.
- Restore the affected setting to its default value and retest.
Macros Do Not Run Correctly
- Test the macro outside the game or application.
- Check the recorded sequence and delay values.
- Confirm that the target application accepts automated input.
- Review the game or platform rules before using macros.
Some games and anti-cheat systems intentionally restrict macros. This does not necessarily indicate a mouse or software fault.
2. Firmware Issues
Before Updating Firmware
- Use official MCHOSE software and firmware files.
- Use the connection method shown by the update tool.
- Make sure the mouse has sufficient battery power.
- Do not disconnect the mouse or receiver during an update.
The Firmware Update Fails or Remains at 0%
- Wait for the update tool to report that the process has failed.
- Restart MCHOSE HUB.
- Reconnect the mouse in USB Wired Mode.
- Try another computer USB port.
- Run the update again using the sequence shown by MCHOSE HUB.
Mouse and receiver firmware may be updated separately. Only use firmware intended for your exact G3V2 model and receiver.
The Mouse Does Not Work After an Update
- Reconnect the mouse in USB Wired Mode.
- Restart MCHOSE HUB and the computer.
- Check whether the update tool offers a recovery option.
- Confirm that compatible mouse and receiver firmware versions were installed.
If the mouse remains unavailable, contact MCHOSE Customer Support. Do not install firmware intended for another product.
3. Connection and Receiver Issues
USB Device Not Recognized
- Reconnect the USB cable or receiver.
- Try another computer USB port.
- Use a cable that supports data transmission.
- Avoid unstable USB hubs during troubleshooting.
- Test the device on another computer.
The Mouse Charges but Is Not Detected
Some USB cables support charging only. Use the included cable or another USB cable that supports data transmission.
The 2.4GHz Receiver Cannot Connect
- Switch the mouse to 2.4GHz Wireless Mode.
- Make sure the mouse is sufficiently charged.
- Reconnect the receiver directly to the computer.
- Restart the mouse.
- Use the official G3V2 pairing procedure if pairing has been lost.
Do not use a receiver, pairing tool, or firmware package intended for another mouse model.
The Wireless Connection Stutters or Disconnects
- Move the receiver closer to the mouse.
- Keep the receiver away from strong sources of wireless interference.
- Recharge the mouse.
- Reduce the polling rate and test again.
- Reconnect the receiver to another USB port.
4. Button and Scroll Wheel Issues
A Single Press Registers Multiple Clicks
- Restore the default button assignment.
- Begin with the default debounce setting.
- Test the button in multiple applications.
- Test the mouse on another computer.
If the problem occurs under default settings on multiple computers, contact MCHOSE Customer Support.
A Held Button Releases Unexpectedly
- Test the button in another application.
- Restore its default assignment.
- Reconnect the mouse.
- Test the mouse on another computer.
If dragging or holding remains interrupted, the switch may require hardware inspection.
Pressing a Main Button Also Activates the Middle Button
- Press the center of the left or right button and test again.
- Avoid applying excessive pressure near the inner edge.
- Restore the default button assignments.
- Test the mouse on another computer.
If normal button presses consistently activate the middle button, contact MCHOSE Customer Support.
Scrolling Skips or Reverses Direction
- Test scrolling in another application.
- Turn off the mouse and check for visible debris around the wheel.
- Reconnect the mouse.
- Test the mouse on another computer.
Do not pour or spray liquid into the scroll wheel area.

- Restore the default middle-button function.
- Test it in another application and on another computer.
5. Battery and Charging Issues
The Mouse Does Not Charge
- Reconnect the USB-C cable.
- Try another computer USB port.
- Try another compatible USB-C cable.
- Allow a fully depleted battery to charge before testing again.
The Battery Drains Faster Than Expected
- Reduce the polling rate.
- Use an appropriate sleep timeout.
- Turn off the mouse during extended periods of non-use.
- Check whether a supported firmware update is available.
Battery life varies according to polling rate, connection mode, sleep settings, usage habits, firmware, and environmental conditions.
The Battery Percentage Appears Incorrect
- Reconnect the mouse.
- Restart MCHOSE HUB.
- Allow time for the displayed value to refresh.
- Check for a supported firmware update.
The reported percentage is an estimate and may not update immediately.
