This guide explains how to use M HUB with your MCHOSE Ace60 keyboard, including driver connection, onboard profiles, lighting settings, trigger settings, key remapping, macros, advanced key functions, performance settings, firmware updates, and factory reset.
What You Can Do in M HUB
M HUB allows you to customize your Ace 60 keyboard settings for gaming, typing, and daily use.
- Configure actuation travel and Rapid Trigger settings
- Customize key mappings
- Set advanced key functions such as RS, SOCD, DKS, MT, and TGL
- Adjust keyboard performance settings
- Change lighting modes, colors, brightness, and speed
- Create and manage configuration profiles
- Update keyboard firmware
- Restore the keyboard to factory settings
Open or Download M HUB
The Ace60 supports both the web-based M HUB driver and the PC client driver.
Browser recommendation: For the web-based driver, we recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for better compatibility.
Connect Your Ace60 to M HUB
PC Client Driver Connection Steps
- Connect the keyboard to your computer using the USB cable.
- Make sure the keyboard backlight turns on, indicating that the keyboard is connected.
- Open the M HUB PC client.
- Make sure your network connection is stable.
- Wait about 3 seconds for the device to be recognized.
Important: Connect the keyboard directly to your computer’s USB port. Do not connect it through an external docking station or USB hub when using the driver or updating firmware.
Web-Based Driver Connection Steps
- Connect your keyboard to your computer using the USB cable.
- Open the web-based M HUB driver.
- Click Allow browser access.
- In the pop-up window, select the device name you want to connect.
- Click Connect to enter the driver settings page.
Note: If the web-based driver cannot detect your keyboard, check your browser permissions and make sure HID device access is allowed.
Key Status Notification
The PC client can show pop-up notifications when certain keyboard status keys are enabled or disabled.
How to Enable Key Status Notifications
- Open the M HUB PC client.
- Go to the driver settings page.
- Enable Key Switch Notification.
After this function is enabled, status changes such as Caps Lock, Num Lock, and Scroll Lock will be shown through pop-up notifications.
Key Testing Tool
M HUB includes a key testing tool to help you check whether each key is working properly.
How to Test Keys
- Open M HUB and enter the keyboard settings page.
- Click Start Test.
- You will be redirected to the web-based key testing page.
- Press each key to test whether it responds correctly.
Onboard Configuration
What Is Onboard Configuration?
Onboard Configuration allows you to save your personalized settings directly to the keyboard. These settings may include macros, key mappings, lighting effects, trigger travel, and other performance parameters.
After the settings are saved to the keyboard, you can use them on another computer without setting up the driver again.
Key Benefits
- Plug and play: Use your saved settings on another computer without reconfiguring the keyboard.
- Driver-free use: Once the settings are saved to the keyboard, the driver does not need to stay open during normal use.
- Portable profiles: Keep your preferred keyboard settings with your device.
Firmware Support
To use onboard profile functions, please update your keyboard firmware to the latest version in M HUB.
Note: Feature availability may vary depending on the keyboard model, firmware version, and M HUB version. If the onboard function is not displayed or cannot be used, update the firmware and driver first.
Onboard Configuration vs. Inactive Configuration

To use an inactive configuration on the keyboard, move it to Onboard Configuration first.
How to Switch Onboard Profiles Without Opening M HUB
You can bind the Switch Onboard function to a key, allowing you to switch onboard profiles directly from the keyboard.
Setup Steps

Open M HUB.
- Go to Key Remapping.
- Bind the Switch Onboard function to any key.
- Select Apply to all onboard devices.
- Save or apply the setting.

Press the bound key to switch onboard profiles without opening the driver.
Create, Export, and Import Configurations
Create a Configuration
- Open the configuration management section in M HUB.
- Click Create.

Select an official preset or create a custom profile.
The official preset profiles include Beginner, FPS, and Extreme. These presets can be selected and used directly.
Export a Configuration
- Move your mouse over the ... menu of the configuration.
- Select Export.

The configuration will be exported as a JSON file.
Import a Configuration
- Click Import.
- Select a JSON configuration file for the same keyboard model.
- Confirm the import.
Note: Configuration files should be used with the same keyboard model. Cross-model imports may not be supported.
Generate and Use Configuration Codes
M HUB also supports configuration codes, allowing you to share or import settings more conveniently.
How to Generate a Configuration Code
- Move your mouse over the ... menu of the configuration.
- Select Generate Configuration Code.

Copy the generated code.
How to Import a Configuration Code
- Click Import.
- Select Import Configuration Code.
- Paste the configuration code into the input box.
- Select the storage location.
- Click OK.
Note: Configuration codes do not support cross-device import. Please use configuration codes with the same compatible keyboard model.
M HUB Interface Updates
Some M HUB page names and settings may differ depending on the driver version. The following changes may appear in newer versions:
- Dead Zone Settings may now be shown as Advanced Settings.
- Berserk Mode may appear in the Advanced Settings area instead of the Performance Settings page.
- The entry point for Dead Zone Settings may appear at the top of the settings page.
- A sensitivity input box may be available, allowing users to enter values manually.
- A Restore Defaults button may replace the previous Set Global button.
Note: The layout may vary depending on the M HUB version, firmware version, and keyboard model.
Lighting Settings
You can change lighting effects in M HUB and customize lighting mode, color, speed, and brightness.
How to Adjust Lighting
- Open M HUB.
- Go to the lighting settings page.
- Select a lighting effect.
- Adjust color, speed, and brightness as needed.
- Save or apply the settings.
To turn off the lighting, click the switch next to Lighting Effects in M HUB, if available.
Note: Speed and brightness may not be adjustable in custom lighting mode.
RGB Color Reference
Hex refers to hexadecimal color code. RGB refers to standard RGB color values. The following commonly used colors are for reference only.

Note: Actual lighting colors may vary slightly due to ambient light, switch structure, and backlight refraction. This is normal.
Trigger Settings
Trigger settings allow you to customize the actuation behavior of your magnetic switch keyboard.
Setup Steps
- Select a configuration: Only custom configurations can be modified. Official preset profiles are designed for direct use.
- Select keys: You can apply settings globally or adjust specific keys individually.
- Modify parameters: Customize actuation travel, Rapid Trigger, and dead zone settings.

Note: Preset profiles are not directly editable. To customize parameters, create or select a custom configuration.
Key Remapping Settings
Modify Key Mapping
You can remap keys by dragging the desired key function to the target key on the keyboard layout.
- Open M HUB.
- Go to Key Remapping.
- Select the key function you want to use.
- Drag it to the key you want to modify.
- Save or apply the setting.
For example, if you drag Q onto Z, pressing Z will output Q, and the original Z function will be replaced.
You can click Restore All Defaults to restore all key mappings to their default settings.
Keyboard Layers
Default Layer for Windows Mode
The default layer is the main keyboard layer. Pressing a key directly triggers its assigned function without additional key combinations.
Fn Layer for Windows Mode
The Fn layer is used for shortcut functions, such as keyboard settings, multimedia controls, and special shortcuts.
For example, pressing Fn + N or Fn + M can adjust volume if these functions are assigned in the current layout.
Mac Layer
When the keyboard is switched to macOS mode, key bindings are displayed based on the Mac layer. This is the main function layer for macOS mode.
Fn Layer for macOS Mode
You can remap a key to Fn3. Pressing and holding Fn3 together with another key will trigger the assigned shortcut function.
For example, you can assign Fn2 or Fn3 to the W key. Then, in the Fn2/Fn3 layer, assign Z to Q. After setup, pressing W plus Q will output Z.
Macro Recording
M HUB provides 16 preset macro recording slots on the key remapping page.
How to Create a Macro
- Open the key remapping settings page.
- Click the edit button next to a macro slot.
- Enter the macro recording interface.
- Modify the macro name if needed.
- Set the loop type if needed.
- Record or edit the macro commands.
- Save the macro.
- Drag the saved macro command to the target key.
After setup, pressing the assigned key will trigger the macro.
Advanced Key Functions
RS
RS activates a specific key based on press depth between two bound keys.
For example, if A and D are bound together and A is pressed deeper than D, A will be activated while D will not. If both keys are fully pressed, both keys can be activated.
SOCD
SOCD allows you to bind two selected keys and trigger one key based on the selected priority rule. It can also neutralize both inputs when both keys are pressed at the same time.
DKS
DKS allows one key to trigger up to four different actions based on different press depth zones. By setting the actuation range of a key, you can decide how deeply the key must be pressed to trigger different functions.
MT
MT allows one key to trigger two different functions depending on whether the key is tapped or held.
TGL
TGL allows a key to toggle continuous triggering. Press the key once to start continuous triggering, and press it again to stop. A long press can still trigger the function normally.
Performance Settings
Polling Rate
Changing the polling rate can reduce theoretical keyboard latency.
- Ace60: supports 1K polling rate
- Ace60 Pro: supports 1K, 2K, 4K, and 8K polling rates
- Ace60 X Series: supports 1K, 2K, 4K, and 8K polling rates
Berserk Mode
When supported by the keyboard model, Berserk Mode allows more sensitive Rapid Trigger settings for faster response.
- Ace60: Rapid Trigger can be set as low as 0.02 mm
- Ace60 Pro: Rapid Trigger can be set as low as 0.005 mm
- Ace60 X Series: Rapid Trigger can be set as low as 0.01 mm
Adaptive Dynamic Calibration
We recommend keeping Adaptive Dynamic Calibration enabled. When enabled, each key press helps the keyboard automatically calibrate. The more the keyboard is used, the more stable and accurate the calibration can become.
If the switch type has not been changed, manual calibration is usually not required.
Win Key Lock
Win Key Lock prevents accidental Windows key presses during gaming. You can also press Fn + Win to quickly lock the Win key.
Note: Win Key Lock does not apply to macOS mode.
Stability Mode
Stability Mode helps improve input stability when using highly sensitive trigger settings. If accidental input occurs with extreme parameters, enabling Stability Mode may help.
Other Settings
Firmware Update
You can check and update the keyboard firmware in M HUB.
Important: During firmware updates, the keyboard may restart automatically. A short disconnection during this process is normal. Wait a few seconds for the keyboard to reconnect.
Factory Reset
The one-click factory reset option restores the keyboard to default settings, including trigger parameters and key remapping settings.
Note: A factory reset will remove or invalidate customized settings. Please export important configurations before resetting if needed.
