The Ace60 supports wired connection only.
How to Connect the Keyboard
- Plug the Type-C end of the USB cable into the keyboard.
- Plug the USB-A end of the cable into your computer.
- Once the indicator light turns on, the keyboard is connected successfully.
Note: For the most stable connection, connect the keyboard directly to your computer’s USB port. Avoid using an external docking station or USB hub when setting up the keyboard or updating firmware.

Switch Between Windows and macOS Mode
If the Win and Alt keys appear to be swapped, the keyboard may be in the wrong operating system mode.

Factory Reset
If your keyboard settings are abnormal or you want to restore the default configuration, press and hold Fn + Esc for 5 seconds to reset the keyboard.
Note: A factory reset will restore keyboard settings such as trigger parameters, key remapping, and lighting settings to default.
