Why do I need to verify my order?

Some orders may be flagged by our payment security system for routine review. This helps protect customers and our store from unauthorized card use, fraud, or high-risk transactions.

To complete verification, we may ask you to provide payment proof, a payment receipt, or a screenshot/bank statement showing recent transactions made with the same card used for the order.

For security, please only show the last four digits of the card number and hide any unrelated personal information or sensitive details.
