If you believe you were charged more than once, please first check whether you received multiple order confirmation emails. Sometimes a failed or pending payment may appear temporarily on your bank statement, but it may be automatically released by your bank or payment provider.
If you see duplicate successful charges, please contact support@mchose.store with your order number, payment screenshots, transaction IDs if available, and the email address used to place the order. We will help verify the payment status.
