1. Connection Questions
What connection modes does the L7 support?
The L7 supports USB Wired, 2.4GHz Wireless, and BT modes.
Can the L7 connect to multiple devices simultaneously?
No. You can manually switch between connection modes, but only one connection can be active at a time.
What is the difference between 2.4GHz Wireless and BT Mode?

Why does BT Mode feel less responsive?
BT Mode uses a lower reporting rate than the gaming-oriented USB Wired and 2.4GHz Wireless modes. This may make cursor movement feel less responsive, particularly on high-refresh-rate displays.
Why does the mouse not enter BT Mode while connected by cable?
USB Wired Mode takes connection priority while the cable is connected. Disconnect the cable before entering BT pairing mode.
2. Battery and Charging
Can I use the L7 while charging?
Yes. Connect the mouse to a computer USB port and use it in USB Wired Mode while it charges.
How can I check the battery level?
The estimated battery level can be viewed in MCHOSE HUB when using a supported connection mode. The LED indicator may also show low-battery, charging, and full-charge status.
Note: The percentage shown in software or by the operating system is an estimate and may not update immediately.
Why does battery life vary?
Battery life depends on:

Why does a high polling rate cause stuttering or FPS drops?
Very high polling rates increase the amount of mouse data processed by the computer.
- Reduce the polling rate.
- Close unnecessary background applications.
- Connect the receiver directly to the computer.
- Test another USB port.
Why is the 2.4GHz connection unstable?
- Make sure the mouse is sufficiently charged.
- Move the receiver closer to the mouse.

What are the standard mouse feet made from?
The standard L7 mouse feet are made from PTFE for smooth, consistent movement across compatible mouse pads.
How should I replace the mouse feet?
- Remove the original feet completely.
- Remove any remaining adhesive.
- Align the replacement feet with the grooves.
- Install them evenly.
Important: Do not install replacement feet over the original feet. Stacking mouse feet changes the sensor height and may affect tracking.
5. System Compatibility
Why does the cursor not appear on an iPhone or iPad?
On supported iOS or iPadOS versions, pointer control may require AssistiveTouch:
- Open Settings.
- Select Accessibility.
- Select Touch.
- Enable AssistiveTouch.
Why is the laptop touchpad disabled?
Some Windows laptops disable the touchpad when an external mouse is connected. Open the Windows touchpad settings and enable Leave touchpad on when a mouse is connected, if available.
