1. Overview
M HUB is the official MCHOSE device-management application for supported MCHOSE products. For compatible gaming headsets, the desktop client provides access to model-specific audio, microphone, EQ, sound-mode, lighting, firmware, and other available settings.
This guide explains how to download M HUB, connect a supported gaming headset, adjust available software settings, and update headset or receiver firmware.
2. Supported Headsets & Connection Requirements
The supplied product material covers MCHOSE gaming headsets including the G9, S9, V9, and X9 families. Current M HUB device support includes supported models from the S9 Pro, G9 Pro, V9 Series, and X9 Series.

|---|---|---|
| Wireless headset models | USB / 2.4G / Type-C / BT, depending on model | 2.4G mode |

If your exact headset variant is not detected, confirm that it is listed as a supported device in the latest M HUB release and use the connection method specified for that model.

5. Headset Software Settings
After selecting your headset in M HUB, the available pages and controls depend on the headset model and firmware version. The software interface shown in the supplied product material includes the following types of settings.
5.1 General Audio Settings
The general audio page may include controls for:
- Headset output volume
- Microphone level
- Voice-prompt level or related prompt settings
- Microphone monitoring / sidetone, when supported
- Model-specific audio enhancement functions
Some supported models may also provide additional audio-processing options. Only enable or adjust functions that are displayed for your connected device.
5.2 Equalizer (EQ)
Open the Equalizer section to adjust the frequency balance of the headset. EQ can be used to create a listening profile that better matches your preferred games, music, media, or voice content.
If the software provides preset EQ profiles, you can start with a preset and then make further adjustments if the model allows it.
5.3 Sound Modes
Supported headsets may provide selectable sound modes for different listening scenarios. The available modes depend on the model and current firmware. Select the mode that best matches your content and listening preference.
5.4 Virtual 7.1 Surround
On supported models, M HUB may provide a Virtual 7.1 Surround setting. Enable or disable this function from the headset configuration page according to your preferred sound presentation and the content you are using.
5.5 Microphone Settings
Depending on the headset, microphone controls may include microphone volume, monitoring, noise-reduction, or voice-related processing options. Test changes with your normal communication application after adjusting these settings.
5.6 Lighting Settings
If your headset or charging dock includes supported lighting, open the Lighting Settings page to adjust the available lighting functions. Lighting options vary by product.
5.7 Other Settings
The Other Settings page can display device information and available firmware updates. Depending on the product, M HUB may show separate firmware entries for the headset, receiver, or charging dock.
6. Update M HUB
Keeping M HUB up to date helps maintain compatibility with supported devices and firmware.
- Open M HUB.
- Check the update indicator in the upper-right area of the application.
- If a newer M HUB version is available, follow the on-screen update prompt.
- Allow the update to finish, then restart M HUB if prompted.
7. Update Headset Firmware
Firmware updates may improve device compatibility, stability, or supported functions. When M HUB shows an available firmware update, follow the steps below.
Before You Start
- For a wireless headset, connect it in 2.4G mode.
- Make sure the receiver is connected and the headset is recognized by M HUB.
- Keep the computer powered on throughout the update.
- Do not close M HUB while firmware is being written.
- Do not disconnect the headset, receiver, or USB cable during the update.
Firmware Update Steps
- Open M HUB.
- Select your headset from My Devices.
- Open Other Settings.
- Check whether an update indicator is shown next to the headset, receiver, or other supported component.
- Select the available update.
- Follow the on-screen instructions until M HUB confirms that the update is complete.
8. What to Expect After a Firmware Update
A short restart period after a firmware update can be expected.
- Headset: after a successful update, allow approximately 30 seconds before manually powering the headset on.
- Receiver: after a successful receiver update, allow approximately 20 seconds for the receiver to restart and be recognized.
During this restart period, the device or receiver indicator may remain off temporarily. Avoid repeatedly disconnecting and reconnecting the receiver while it is restarting.
9. Troubleshooting
M HUB does not detect my wireless headset
- Confirm that the headset is powered on.
- Make sure it is in 2.4G mode, not BT mode.
- Reconnect the 2.4G receiver.
- Try another USB port.
- Connect the receiver directly to the computer.
- Restart M HUB.
- If necessary, reconnect or re-pair the headset and receiver according to the product manual.
My headset works over BT, but it does not appear in M HUB
This is expected for supported wireless headset models. BT mode is not used for M HUB headset configuration. Switch the headset to 2.4G mode and connect the receiver before opening M HUB.
I cannot configure my headset in the Web Driver
Audio devices are configured through the M HUB Desktop Client. The Web Driver is intended for supported keyboard and mouse configuration and does not provide headset configuration.
The receiver does not light up immediately after a firmware update
Allow approximately 20 seconds for the receiver to restart after a successful update. If it was unplugged and reconnected, allow the restart period again before troubleshooting further.
The headset does not power on immediately after a firmware update
Allow approximately 30 seconds after the update completes before attempting to power the headset on.
The firmware update does not complete
- Keep the headset in the required software connection mode.
- Connect the receiver directly to the computer.
- Try another USB port.
- Restart M HUB and reconnect the headset.
- Check that M HUB itself is up to date.
- Retry the firmware update only after the headset and receiver are detected normally.
