This FAQ covers common questions and troubleshooting steps for the MCHOSE V9 Turbo+ gaming headset, including M HUB connection issues, charging dock problems, lighting, firmware updates, microphone issues, and 2.4 GHz wireless disconnections.
1. What should I do if M HUB displays offline mode or shows a white screen?
If M HUB displays an offline status or opens with a white screen, please refer to the following troubleshooting guide:
M HUB White Screen / Offline Repair Guide
2. Will an offline version of M HUB be available in the future?
We understand that offline access to M HUB can be useful in many situations.
This request has been shared with our technical team for evaluation. However, there is currently no confirmed release schedule for an offline version of M HUB.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
3. Can I connect the V9 Turbo+ through the M HUB Web Driver?
No. V9 Turbo+ and other MCHOSE audio products currently support configuration through the M HUB desktop application only.
The M HUB Web Driver does not currently support audio products.
4. What does it mean if the charging dock indicator stays solid red?
When the headset is charging, the charging dock indicator remains solid red.
When charging is complete, the headset charging indicator will change to green while the charging dock indicator remains red.
This is part of the charging dock's normal operating behavior and does not indicate a malfunction.
5. What should I do if the wireless charging dock is not charging the headset?
- Make sure the headset is positioned correctly and securely on the charging dock.
- Connect the charging dock's USB cable directly to your computer whenever possible to avoid an unstable power supply from a USB hub or docking station.
6. What should I do if Aura Sync on the charging dock is not working?
- Make sure the charging dock is receiving a stable power supply. We recommend connecting it directly to your computer's USB port.
- Make sure you are using the original data cable supplied with the product.
7. What should I do if the charging dock lighting effects or driver sound modes do not respond?
There may be a compatibility issue with the USB port currently being used.
Try connecting the device to a different USB port on your computer.
If you are using the motherboard configuration shown in the reference image, connect the device to the fourth USB port indicated in the image.

8. Why does my V9 Turbo+ automatically turn on after my computer shuts down?
When your computer shuts down and the USB port stops supplying power, the charging dock also loses power. The headset then detects that wireless charging has stopped.
Because removing the headset from an active charging state normally indicates that the headset is about to be used, the headset may automatically power on.
This is normal behavior. If the headset does not establish a connection, it will automatically power off after approximately 5 minutes.
How It Works
Computer shuts down → USB power stops → Charging dock loses power → Wireless charging stops → Headset detects that it is no longer charging → Headset powers on → Headset automatically powers off after 5 minutes if no connection is established.
9. Does the wireless charging dock support charging other wireless devices?
No. The V9 Turbo+ wireless charging dock is designed for the supported V9 Turbo+ headset and is not intended as a general-purpose wireless charger for other devices.
10. What should I do if M HUB does not display the lighting settings?
The lighting effects are controlled through the V9 Turbo+ charging dock.
To access the lighting settings:
- Insert the 2.4 GHz receiver into the charging dock.
- Connect the charging dock to your computer.
- Open M HUB again and check the lighting settings.
11. What should I do if the microphone has crackling or popping noise?
Please update the headset firmware to the latest available version through M HUB.
After the firmware update is complete, test the microphone again.
12. How do I change the V9 Turbo+ voice prompts to English?
You can update the firmware using the following upgrade tool:
Open the V9 Turbo+ Firmware Upgrade Tool
Upgrade Steps
- Open the firmware upgrade link above.
- Select the corresponding headset model: V9 Turbo+.
- Connect the headset.
- Update the firmware in the order shown by the upgrade tool.
Important Notes
- The headset must be connected in 2.4 GHz mode during the upgrade.
- The 2.4 GHz receiver must be connected directly to your computer's USB port. Connecting the receiver through the charging dock may prevent the firmware upgrade from completing correctly.
13. What should I do if the V9 Turbo+ frequently disconnects?
1. Manually Re-Pair the 2.4 GHz Receiver
- Switch the headset to 2.4 GHz mode.
- Press and hold the Power Button + Microphone Button for approximately 5 seconds.
- Wait until the white indicator flashes three times.
- Unplug the 2.4 GHz receiver and reconnect it.
- The receiver's green indicator should remain solid when pairing is successful.
2. Try a Different USB Port
Connect the receiver directly to a USB port on your computer's motherboard whenever possible.
Avoid connecting the receiver through third-party devices such as:
- USB hubs
- Docking stations
- USB expansion devices
3. Check for Wireless Interference
Nearby routers or other wireless devices may interfere with the 2.4 GHz connection.
If possible, move the receiver away from nearby wireless transmitters and test the connection again.
