If M HUB shows offline mode, displays a white screen, cannot save settings, or cannot upload configurations, please try the following steps:
- Check your network connection
Try using a mobile hotspot or switching to another network. - Try using a VPN or changing network routing
If the driver page cannot load properly, you may try connecting through a different network node. - Change DNS on Windows 10/11
- Right-click the Start menu
- Open Settings
- Go to Network & Internet
- Select your current network, such as Ethernet or Wi-Fi
- Click Hardware Properties
- Find DNS Server Assignment and click Edit
- Change from Automatic (DHCP) to Manual
- Enable IPv4
- Set DNS, for example:
- Primary DNS:
8.8.8.8 - Secondary DNS:
8.8.4.4
- Primary DNS:
- Save the settings
- Use a supported browser
For the web-based driver, we recommend using Chrome or Edge. - Enable HID device permissions
If you are using the web-based driver, make sure HID device permissions are enabled in your browser. - Refresh and reconnect
Refresh the page, unplug and replug the keyboard or mouse, then try connecting again. - Clear browser cache for the driver page
You can try:Ctrl + Shift + I→ Network → Enable Disable Cache → PressF5. - Check security software
Some antivirus software, firewall settings, or security tools may block M HUB from saving or creating configurations. Please check whether M HUB is being blocked.
