This Return Policy applies only to products purchased directly from mchose.store.
Products purchased from other retailers, marketplaces, distributors, or resellers are subject to the return and after-sales policy of the original place of purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
15-Day Return
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. All original accessories, manuals, packaging materials, and gifts, if any, must be included.
For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, remote-area surcharges, and other logistics fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

0–90 Days: Quality Issues
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 90 days of receiving the product if a manufacturing defect or non-human-caused functional issue is found.
To start a quality-related return or exchange, please contact support@mchose.store with your order number, product serial number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem.
MCHOSE will review the issue and may request troubleshooting steps, additional evidence, or return of the product for inspection.
Return Shipping:
For confirmed quality-related returns or exchanges within 90 days, MCHOSE will cover the approved shipping cost. The return method and shipping reimbursement must be approved by MCHOSE in advance.
Resolution Process:
MCHOSE will first provide troubleshooting support or replacement parts to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting or replacement parts, MCHOSE may provide a product replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution, subject to product availability and the verified issue.
After 90 Days: Warranty Service Only
After 90 days from delivery, products are no longer eligible for return or refund.
If the product is still within the warranty period and has a confirmed non-human-caused quality issue, MCHOSE will provide warranty service to help resolve the issue.
Shipping:
After 90 days, customers are responsible for shipping costs related to warranty service, including return shipping and any reshipping costs where applicable.
Resolution Process:
Warranty service may include repair service or replacement parts, depending on the verified issue, product condition, and parts availability.
Full product replacement or refund is generally not offered after 90 days unless the product cannot be repaired or replacement parts are unavailable.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Return requests made after the 15-day return period for non-quality-related reasons
- Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, or gifts
- Products with altered, removed, or damaged serial numbers
- Customized products, clearance products, promotional products, or free gifts, unless otherwise stated
- Returns due to personal preferences, including but not limited to sound, appearance, typing feel, grip feel, color preference, or other subjective preferences
- Delivery delays or differences between estimated and actual delivery dates
- Failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address, refused packages, customs issues, unpaid taxes or duties, or failure to sign for the package
- Products damaged, lost, or destroyed during return shipping due to improper packaging or a customer-arranged return method
Return Process
To request a return, please contact support@mchose.store and provide:
- Order number
- Product model
- Product serial number, if applicable
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos showing the product condition or issue
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
The returned product must be shipped back within the time period stated in the approval email and must include a valid tracking number.
Unauthorized returns, cash-on-delivery shipments, or shipments sent without prior approval may be refused.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been approved. Actual processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Partial refunds may be issued if the returned product is used, damaged, missing accessories, missing packaging, or otherwise not in resalable condition.
No refund or replacement will be provided if the returned product is damaged, lost, or destroyed during return shipping due to customer responsibility.
