Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact support@mchose.store as soon as possible with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Please note that cancellation requests are handled on business days. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel.

If your order has already shipped and you no longer want to keep the product, you may request a return after receiving it. Please keep the product unused and retain the original packaging, accessories, documents, and all included items.
